Process
Poly oil S.O amine, silicon, water, talon MCL weighed manually and poured into the mixing mixer and command push button starts mixing. Separate tank for TDI made of SS are set on the top of the mixer. They are used with large size butterfly value of the bottom to release TDI quickly. TDI filled manually in SS tank with push button. When the mixing is over, TDI is transferred into mixing mixer by pressing push button.
As soon as the chemicals are released, the speed two push button is pressed. This command mixes the chemicals for the preset time and release into the mold. The open side of the Mold is closed manually and the mold is pulled out. The block can be de-molded after about 5 to 10 minutes.
