This process starts with generating the scrap foam, mixing these granules into a mixing chamber with some fresh chemicals and then compressing such mixed granules into a mould of a pre defined size for a definite time period; thereby making a fresh cake of small, multi colored pieces of foam which can be further cut down to mattresses, sheets etc. and can be resold as rebonded foam.

Re-bonding Machine(Automatic)
Re-bonding foam machine is formed with foam cutting waste scrap. Scrap is turned granular in shredding machine. Granular as transferred with and put into mixer. Some certain chemicals as per required for re-bonding. After mixing in the mixer it is transferred into heating chamber and press to make different density foam. After the chamber is streamed in a definite time period there by making a fresh cake, different coloured pieces of foam, can be cut down to mattresses.
